The rooms have a refrigerator, TV, telephone. Thanks to the large loggias and air conditioning in the rooms is cool even in the hottest weather.

We propose three meals a day in the restaurant "Consul". You can order breakfast, lunch or dinner in your room.

5-storeyd building with two elevators is located 5 minutes walk from the sea. On the south side there are wonderful views of the park, the Genoese fortress and the sea, from the north there is a picturesque mountains of Ai-Georgiy, Alchak, Meganom and the Sudak valley.

One-room single and double rooms, two-room double rooms with all amenities, TV, refrigerator, telephone, balcony. The rooms on the north side are air-conditioned.

We propose three meals a day in the cafe "Wintery"/”Zimneye”, which is located next to the building and connected to it by a transition.

A five-story building with an elevator is located 50 meters from the sea. The rooms on the south side have balconies and a panoramic view of the Sudak bay. The rooms on the north side are filled with a harmonious combination of calmness and tranquility of the park-landmarks of landscape architecture.
